Tell us about your family.
I have been married to the lovely Debbie Justice for the past 23 years. I have one step daughter and three wonderful granddaughters ages 16, 13 and 9. We spend most of our time on the softball field where all three girls play. The oldest plays travel softball and many weekends are spent out of state at showcase tournaments.
Is it true that you are a High School football official?
Yes! When I'm not on the softball field with my grandchildren, you can find me on the football field! I have officiated high school football for the past 22 years. I was really proud to have been selected in 2002 to officiate the North Carolina State Championship game that was held at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. And then, I had the privilege a year later to officiate the East West All Star Game in Raleigh, North Carolina. I've worked in many areas of Athletics for the state of North Carolina for the past 25 years. It's been a great experience!
What would you most like to be remembered for?
I'd like to be remembered as a person who has had a positive influence in someone's life.
